add R to the end of part number for remote platform on 8’ umbilical

add B to the end of part number for fully benchtop platform system (benchtop system is greater than 150 Lbs)

Total Temp technolgies provides the SC144 and SCC144 are precision refrigerated thermal platforms, designed for temperature testing and conditioning of electronic components, sensors, PCBs, and other devices. The SC144 uses a single-stage refrigeration system to reach –40 °C, while the SCC144 extends low-end performance to –75 °C with a two-stage cascade design. Both models heat up to +175 °C, offering full hot-cold cycling without the need for LN₂ or CO₂. This eliminates the cost, logistics, and safety concerns of cryogenic systems while delivering competitive ramp rates and stable, uniform temperature control.

Built for flexibility, the 12″ × 12″ thermal surface accommodates a wide range of test setups, with optional ESD-safe enclosures, adapter plates, and dry purge systems to prevent condensation. Available in benchtop or split-system configurations, these platforms are ideal for engineering labs and automated environments. Integrated Synergy control software enables programmable profiles, remote operation, and multi-sensor feedback for complete thermal test automation. The SC144/SCC144 series is a rugged, self-contained alternative to bulky environmental chambers—perfect for precision temperature cycling in space-conscious applications.

      SC98 / SCC98 Refrigerated Thermal Platform

Model SC98-N for single stage refrigeration to -40°C

Mode SCC98-N with cascade refrigeration to -75°C

add R to the end of part number for remote platform on 8’ umbilical

add B to the end of part number for fully benchtop platform system (benchtop system is greater than 150 Lbs)

The refrigerated thermal platform features a 6.5″ × 15″ thermally controlled surface with a wide operating range from –75°C to +175°C, making it ideal for precision thermal cycling of components and devices. Capable of fast temperature transitions comparable to some cryogenic systems, it offers reliable, repeatable performance without the need for expendable L‑N₂ or L‑CO₂ tanks—eliminating concerns around oxygen displacement and consumable logistics. The system is available in both single-stage (cooling to –40°C) and two-stage cascade configurations for ultra-low temp operation down to –75°C, offering flexible cooling performance to meet a variety of application needs.

Engineered with versatility in mind, this platform supports benchtop use, split configurations (with the refrigeration module placed under the bench), or a compact R2D2-style system with the thermal plate mounted directly above. Optional polycarbonate covers (in standard or low-ESD versions), adapter plates for custom DUT setups, and dry air or nitrogen purge systems help minimize condensation and enhance performance stability. At the core of the system is the Synergy Controller, offering intuitive ramp/dwell programming, remote access, logging, and compatibility with external DUT sensors—making this portable, energy-efficient platform a powerful solution for high-precision, automated thermal testing.
