The dbSAFE ARMOR series of shielded boxes are cost-effective solutions for OTA testing in the mmWave spectrum. Providing a shielded, fully anechoic test environment, these RF test enclosures ensure stable and repeatable measurements over a wide frequency range (from 300 MHz to 90 GHz).

DVTEST’s advanced double-wall technology and the resulting high isolation level make them suitable for testing 5G applications such as low-frequency devices (below 1 GHz), LTE-AP, 5G-NR, and mmWave (FR1 and FR2).

Compatible with all platforms of temperature forcing units and thanks to the DVTEST “waveguide” technology; isolation performance will not be impacted. The temperature range of the units will be -80°C to +180°C.

dbGUARD

RF test enclosure ideal for high-volume repeatable testing, ≥90 dB isolation, 300 MHz – 18 GHz

 

The dbGUARD provides up to 90 dB isolation from 300 MHz to 18 GHz. The IASG (Inverted Asymmetric Squarewave Gasket) design eliminates any leakage along the perimeter of the RF enclosure. This makes the dbGUARD conducive to testing all wireless technologies including 5G/LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, ZigBee, WiMAX, etc. The interior cavity is finished with a next-generation RF absorptive coating similar to what is found in stealth technology. This allows for positioning the DUT in the shielded box without affecting attenuation caused by reflections.

RF test enclosure ideal for repeatable testing, ≥90 dB isolation, 300 MHz – 18 GHz

 

The dbCHECK is an ideal solution for repeatable wireless device testing. Boasting a dual RF gasket design, high quality broadband RF absorber, and filtered I/O panels, the dbCHECK shielded box can achieve more than 90 dB* isolation from 300 MHz to 18 GHz. This level of isolation delivers maximum performance by attenuating all unwanted signals.

The Khoury Box

Electronics are a big part of technological advances found in everything today – including many of the parts found in automobiles, video game systems, medical equipment, airplanes, and even military weapons. These parts are subjected to extreme temperature fluctuations and transitions during use. Khoury Industries proudly manufactures the industry-leading Khoury Box, a temperature chamber or thermal chamber that holds the device-under-test so that thermal testing can be done to ensure reliability and durability of a product.

Specifically, the device-under-test is placed into the temperature chamber or thermal chamber and subjected to rigid thermal cycling in which the air is raised and lowered between temperatures that may match or exceed expected service environments to simulate different conditions. The Khoury Box temperature chamber operates in temperatures ranging from -80˚C to +225˚C.
